Every night, more than 122,000 Australians experience homelessness—enough to fill the MCG. Heartbreakingly, one in four are aged just 12 to 24, and in Victoria alone, over 7,600 young people have no safe place to sleep each night. Homelessness is never a choice, and it can affect anyone.

Young people facing homelessness need more than shelter—they need stability, support, and the chance to rebuild. They deserve opportunities to heal from trauma, learn life skills, and take confident steps toward independence. Right now, that support is needed more than ever.
