Here we go again!
I do this once a year as a novelty event, where I am safe, and fed, and (mostly) warm, just a bit uncomfortable.
For 122,000 Australians (1/4 of them being under 25), this is not their reality. Homelessness is scary and isolating, and never a persons first choice.
Young people in particular need more than a safe place to live, they need stability and support to develop life skills, heal from trauma, and to transition to independence.
The money we raise goes entirely to helping and supporting these young people, and every donation helps, no matter how small!
