Sleep At The ’G to help put youth homelessness to bed
We all know that last year was unlike any other. We couldn’t get to the MCG to raise vital funds to help young people break the cycle of homelessness - so let's make up for it this year!
MCM focuses on the individual and gives them the time they need to heal and gain independence. We’re creating new programs that go deeper than temporary accommodation so that young people feel safe and supported with time to get on their feet.
With your help, MCM can work with individuals to give them what they need to help put youth homelessness to bed. Will you join us?
More than just a sleepover!
What is Sleep At The 'G?
It’s a fun event to raise money for a serious issue.
Last year, nearly 14,000 young people in Victoria sought support from Specialist Homelessness Services. Family breakdown, family violence and mental health are common factors and young people need targeted, age-appropriate responses to help them move forward. Sleep At The ’G is your chance to help us provide stable, supportive environments to help young Victorians become independent, thriving adults.
It’s a night you won’t forget.
You will rally together with other caring Melbournians who share your passion to make a real difference. This is your chance to support MCM’s work tackling youth homelessness.
Plus, you get to sleep at the MCG!
A chance to make a real difference for people like Luca.

An opportunity to team up and help people who are less fortunate.
Our aim is for all young people to reconnect with their family and community. Or where that isn’t possible, to be able to access safe, stable accommodation, and the right support to enable them to move beyond their experience of homelessness to become positive, independent, contributing members of society. At Sleep At The ’G you’ll team up with a group of friends, family or co-workers to help us do just that.
